Returns and Refunds

Items of a non-personal nature and that have not been customised to your specific requirements can be returned (for a refund) within 7 days of receipt. The items must be returned unused, in the condition that they were received and boxed/packaged in the original packaging

Items that are of a personal nature or that are customised can not be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.

In some cases, customers may be able to claim VAT exemption on products bought for personal or domestic use.

If you are ordering by post or e-mail you can download a VAT exemption form by Clicking Here.

When ordering on line, VAT will be calculated during the checkout process according to your VAT exemption status. When ordering by telephone or e-mail you will be advised of the total cost, including VAT, before the goods are despatch.
