Recare, in partnership with Rebotics Technology, to deliver hi-tech patient rehabilitation CPD at OT Show

In partnership with its affiliated company Rebotics Technology, Recare, the respected healthcare equipment specialist, will be exploring the latest techniques and technology regarding patient mobility and rehabilitation, during express on stand CPD sessions at the OT Show 2024. (Stand B54, NEC, 27–28 November 2024).

1. Unlocking mobility through exoskeletal technology

Synopsis

The session will introduce the Keeogo Exoskeleton, what is it, how it works, and how it can benefit patients and clinicians both in rehabilitation and personal use. We will also discuss the assessment procedure, as well as contraindications and considerations and where the device sits in terms of rehabilitation equipment.

  • Able to describe to patients, clinicians, and case managers where the device sits in terms of personal rehabilitation, costs, and assessment process

2. Empowering rehabilitation through advanced functional support

The session will introduce the Myopro device, how it works using EMG signals and how it helps a patient. We will look at the device and its components as well as discuss the patient profile, contraindications and considerations. We will also discuss how patient assessment works and how it can lead to a custom device.

3. Advancing hand function restoration

4. Empowering movement through technology

The session will introduce the Syrebo C12 glove, how it works, indications and use, the various programs on the device as well as caveats and considerations.
