The Motus by Ottobock is an adaptive wheelchair that can be customised to your unique preferences. Adjustable on the fly, the swing-away footrests and height-adjustable back allow for more comfortable seating. You can get your Motus with a compact, fixed front frame and single panel aluminium footrest.
Always on the go? The Motus can be folded quickly to simplify transport and storage, saving you time and energy.
Wheel settings
The Motus by Ottobock has a modular design approach with 48 different wheel settings. No matter your size or your driving style, you will be able to adapt its settings to your unique specifications. Toe-in and toe-out adjustments offer your rear wheels better alignment, minimising rolling resistance and saving power.
Increased positioning
An angled front frame allows increased horizontal positioning of caster wheels—and improved forward stability. Caster housing alignment is easily adjusted.
Lock and load
The knee-Level lock lever is stiff and easy to operate—and won’t rotate around the chair frame.
Framing options
The Motus comes in 2 models: CV and CS.
You can also choose from various framing colour options: Candy Red, Sparkle Blue Green, Dormant Marine Blue, Anthracite Metallic, and Deep Black.
Improved cross brace technology
Our three-bar cross brace with a hexagonal inner crossbar reduces twisting and mimics the steadiness of a rigid chair; this provides you with maximum stability. With fewer pivot points, you can fold for transport and storage easily.
