Rigid wheelchair for your easy transfers

The Wolturnus Dalton is a rigid wheelchair with separate flip-up footplates, adjustable angles and height. It has swing-away, detachable leg supports, which can be mounted or removed easily. This allows an easy and safe transfer into and out of the wheelchair.

Do you need elevating legrests for your wheelchair?

If it should be necessary to elevate the legs, it is possible to customise the Dalton to have an elevating footrest on just one or both sides.

Do you need a heavy-duty active manual wheelchair?

The Dalton is customised to suit the individual user’s activity level, size and strength. The traditional model can be used up to a max. User weight of 160 kg. The Wolturnus Dalton can be designed as an extra-strong version for heavy users, which allows a maximum. User weight of 250 kg.

Dalton Ultra Light Weight Model

For users with max. 80 kg of body weight, Wolturnus offers a lighter alternative to the traditional Dalton version. The Dalton Light has slimmer frame tubes, leading to a more elegant look.

Personalise your wheelchair to meet your individual needs

You can continuously adapt the seating posture by choosing a steplessly adjustable balance point and an angle and height-adjustable folding back. To reduce the weight, the Dalton can also be ordered fully welded.

Finally, the Dalton is available with the ultimate low seat to floor height. The Dalton L is ideal for users who want to walk the chair forward’.
